The conference will be held at 111 Sussex Drive, a ten minute drive from Downtown Ottawa and Portage, Gatineau. The conference will also be available online via webcast.
Due to popular demand, we have expanded the capacity of our conference this year. Participants will only attend one of the dates of the conference, either March 4th or March 5th, and participants with a ticket to one day may not attend the other day without exchanging their ticket. The conference content will be the same on each day.
Please take note that on-site parking is extremely limited at 111 Sussex Drive. Conference attendees are discouraged from relying on availability of on-site parking. Parking is available in Downtown Ottawa if participants need to drive in. Participants can take public transit by taking the O-Train Line 1 to the Rideau transit stop, followed by taking the number 9 bus from Rideau to the conference. 111 Sussex is also a twenty five minute walk from the Rideau Centre.
We will be offering a shuttle service to bring participants to and from the conference. There will be two shuttles, one from Ottawa and one from Gatineau. While the shuttle service is provided free of charge, please note that participants have to register in advance while registering for the conference to book your place aboard. We will also be offering an Uber discount code that attendees can use on the days of the conference. You will be emailed in advance of the conference about shuttle times and locations, and the Uber discount code.
A light sandwich lunch may be available to purchase. It is recommended that participants bring $20.00 in cash to make transactions easier. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
